    Neighbor 2 Neighbor - Neighbor 2 Neighbor is a community ministry composed of several different churches in and around Washington County who minister to the homeless and those in high need. Learn More

    Meals Ministry at Central - You don't have to be a great cook to feed those in times of need. Central Meals Ministry is dedicated to feeding those in our church family during a time of need. We are always in need of volunteers willing to cook (or even order) a meal and deliver it to the family. Become a Meals Ministry Volunteer

    Angel Tree at Central - The Central family helps give families in need of extra assistance during the holidays a very special Christmas. Our Angel Tree will be up in the foyer the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Call the Church Office if you would like to help but are unable to attend on a Sunday morning.

    First Responder Care Packages - Since April we have created care packages to be given to essential workers in our area. To date we have given out over 1,500. If you would like to donate or help in the packaging contact Pastor Vicki Barton to make arrangements.

  • Serve Widows & the Elderly

    We all need a little help every now and then, but for widows, single parents and the elderly these times can be very stressful. If you are able to help a Central family member in need, we have very easy and practical ways you can serve. Become a Practical Needs Volunteer

    For those who have lost a spouse life can become very challenging, especially in the weeks and months following the funeral. If you are interested in connecting relationally with someone coping with this kind of loss, you can volunteer or learn more HERE

  • Free the Oppressed

    To effectively minister to those in need, pleased consider the following training opportunities:

    A Time to Heal Leader Training - (Feb. 5 & 6 2021)  A Time to Heal Beyond Survival Ministries are designed to help the hurting, abused and broken overcome the traumatic events of  their past.     Helping Without Hurting - an online video training session on how to minister effectively and prevent inadvertent harm as you enter materially poor communities. Contact Pastor Vicki Barton for details on this training set for 2021

    Called to Freedom - Did you know that through Jesus we have been set free? That we no longer need to be bound by thoughts of shame, guilt or fear? Come and experience total healing and allow God’s supernatural power to uproot every hindrance and breakthrough to total freedom in Christ Jesus. This Group will begin in January 2021.
